Karen haas worked tirelessly to see this gem through it's restoration with the guidance of great historical bridge engineers and under the assistance of the New York State Historic Preservation office. We now endeavor to nominate this bridge to it's rightful place on the National Register of Historic Resources and hope everyone in the community will write to Karen in support of decades of work accomplished and the wish to preserve and protect this important resource for decades to come.

Thanks for your efforts. I love the idea that there are so many engineering solutions to solve the same problem. I am glad you saved this one.
